"Navigating Change Through Effective Communications"
Tuesday, February 16

Change is everywhere and virtually unavoidable. How individuals, teams and organizations adapt to change can make the difference between success and failure. Key to making change a positive, not a negative force, is communications. Therefore, the communications profession stands at the center of the change management process.

Please join us for a lively discussion on change management and the role we all must play. A panel of experts will discuss:

• The role of executive leadership in the organizational change management process.
• The role corporate culture plays in promoting or inhibiting change.
• Phases of the change management process.
• Tactical “best practices” for communicating with employees.
• Emphasizing the opportunities (over the risks) that change brings.
• Communicating change to customers and/or external stakeholders.
• Dealing with reluctance and/or cynicism.
