Seeing clients still using data from our survey research to write stories and engage consumers six years after it was done.

Any website with sophisticated search technologies – we are always digging for data and research.

Advice you would give to a PR undergrad:
Don’t specialize. Study everything.

Why you’re a PRSA member:
I want to learn everything I can from the people who need and value our work.
